These Terms govern use of Ovatapp, a procurement coordination service operated by ImpliedConceptsAI FZE. By using Ovatapp, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Ovatapp helps business buyers structure requirements, request supplier quotes, compare offers and coordinate orders. Suppliers may create profiles, receive relevant RFQs, submit quotes and update fulfilment status.

Accounts and information

You must provide accurate business and contact information and keep access to your WhatsApp number and account secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for having authority to represent the business you register.

Quotes and orders

Ovatapp may help organize RFQs and quotes, but a quote is provided by the supplier who submitted it. Buyers and suppliers are responsible for reviewing specifications, price, tax, freight, delivery timing and any substitutions before confirming a transaction. Ovatapp does not guarantee supplier availability, quality, delivery or commercial performance unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Acceptable use

You must not use Ovatapp to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent or unauthorized messages; upload malicious content; access another business's data; misuse supplier or buyer contact information; or attempt to bypass privacy, security or messaging controls.

WhatsApp and third-party services

WhatsApp, Meta and other third-party services have their own terms and policies. Your use of WhatsApp messaging through Ovatapp must comply with applicable WhatsApp Business Platform rules, including rules for message templates and user consent.

Privacy

Our handling of personal and business information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Limitation

Ovatapp is a coordination and software service. To the extent permitted by law, Ovatapp is not responsible for indirect losses arising from supplier performance, buyer decisions, delivery delays or third-party platform outages.
